Preparing Our Future Leaders

The ReGeneration Youth Leadership Experience offers comprehensive training in leadership and problem-solving for youth on a mission to become the next generation of leaders in America. Attendees engage in peer networking, cultivate robust critical thinking abilities, and enhance their insights into matters affecting African people around the world.

In order to attend RYLE, a youth must have met the following qualifications by the beginning of the course:

• Must be open to other worldviews and perspectives

• Must be between the ages of 14-19 years of age

• Must commit to attending all scheduled sessions and activities (both virtual and in-person) throughout the program's duration
